**EMPRESA CONFIDENCIAL****Solicita**:On Site Coordinator- JZ y GDL**Descripción y Requisitos****_DEEscrituraION:_**Customer service clerk will act as a liaison between all parties who have an interest in the product stored at any of the global hubs maintained by Vendor. All requests for information, product access, NSSA services and generalized questions are to be transmitted via the CSC team who will attempt to resolve the issue upon receipt or will further direct to the proper party(ies).- Day to day communication with customer, vendors and warehouse operators- Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures(SOP)- Ensure both internal and external communication is handled in a professional and friendly manner- Learn new systems, procedures, standards, guidelines, products, operations etc.- Processing customer/vendor requests regards to products shipping, receiving, damages, status change, discrepancies, documentation, scrap, etc.- Acts proactively to prevent possible claims against the company. Handle them as fast and professionally as possible- Reporting statistics to customer, vendors and management- Ensure customer satisfaction- Aim to continuously improve service levels and efficiency- Monthly billing and invoicing preparation- Data upload/setup for new vendor and new parts- Metric reporting to customers**_Job Tasks:_**- Vendor/customer communication- Process case acknowledgement with in 1 hour of receipt- Work to resolve case issues with 24 hours- Monitoring web site/system accuracy- Shipping tracking and tracing- Facilitate inbound shipment management- Regular and ad hoc reporting- Billing and invoices data preparation- Data upload/setup for new vendor and new parts in the system- Resolving vendor PO discrepancy- Resolve missing pack slip issues with hub and vendors- Resolve items placed on hold due to damage, inspection, non-conforming, Items or quantity discrepancies**_QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:_**_- High school diploma required or equivalent related work experience- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operation preferred- Good verbal and written communication in English and or Spanish- Mandarin is a plus- Computer proficiency in MS Word and ExcelPuesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**Tipo de contrato: PermanenteSalario: NegociablePais: MEXICOEstado o Region: JaliscoCiudad: Ciudad Juarez
