**Responsibilities**:- Set up equipment for users such as Desktop, Laptop and desk-phones and troubleshoot issues related to them.- Perform Installation and configuration of desktops & laptops and maintain their backups as per the standard company policies.- Participate in workstation moves, desk additions and changes, to maintain network and system access for employees.- Maintain documentation related to all IT Assets & Inventory and update them frequently in accordance with the configuration and quantity changes.- Troubleshoot equipment on the floor including TV, barcode scanner guns, label printers, tablets, etc.
and maintain their documentation.- Work on projects related to IT hardware reconciliation, PC decommissioning, account & junk data clean-up, Windows OS, and hardware upgrade, etc.- Monitor the ticketing system and provide level-1 technical support to end-users such as password resets, software installation, PC hardware problems, printer malfunctions and other IT issues.- Perform other tasks within the scope of the role as identified by the IT Manager.You will be required to work ON-SITE**Qualifications**:- Desktop Support background is desirable.- knowledge in technically supporting Windows PC systems.- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.- Ability to work well in a team environment and servicing IT users.- Possess self-motivation, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
