With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be:Support the execution of the On Trade Strategy, through a deep understanding of channel and customer dynamics, trends, and needs.Set a Sell-Out mindset within his/her team.Commercial responsibility for the delivery of the On Trade channel activity plan, including delivery & execution of all brand programmes.Inspire, coach, train and develop a team of On-Trade Executives.Create the proper conditions for his/her team to succeed.Align and set clear priorities for brand activation and commercial activities while managing assigned budget within his/her area.Develop and Measure and Evaluation (M&E) culture within the Team.Analyse market trends to identify business opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
