Your efforts will significantly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and overall growth of Hotmart's market presence in the region.Client Onboarding and Integration- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the Hotmart platform.- Assist clients with setting up their products, sales funnels, and promotional campaigns on the platform.- Provide guidance on platform features, ensuring clients are utilizing the tools effectively to drive early success.Sales Performance Boosting- Work closely with clients to identify key opportunities for increasing their sales in the initial stages.- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and suggestions for campaign optimization.- Proactively monitor and support clients to address any barriers to their early sales success.Client Engagement and Retention- Build strong relationships with clients during the onboarding phase, ensuring they feel supported and confident.- Encourage early platform adoption and highlight success stories to motivate clients.- Transition clients seamlessly to the Customer Success team once they reach key milestones in their onboarding journey.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align onboarding activities with overall business objectives.- Provide feedback to Product and Business Intelligence teams to improve the client onboarding experience.- Assist in the development of onboarding best practices and training materials to enhance team efficiency
