**About the role**:
The Credit Review and AR Analyst reviews new and existing customers to determine appropriate credit limits and terms, and reviews sales orders for release for a large dynamic technology organization. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role collaborates closely with AR team, sales organization, and customers to gather necessary information to maximize revenue potential while mitigating excessive credit risk.

**What you'll do**:

- Reviews new and existing customers to determine appropriate credit limits and terms.
- Analyzes financial statements when provided and for credit requests greater than $50K.
- Documents analysis and justification of credit decisions.
- Handles account base of limited complexity.
- Review and release orders, within guidelines, as needed.
- Works autonomously or in group settings on strategic initiative projects as assigned by management.

**What we're looking for**:

- 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to use common office equipment.
- Possesses basic data entry skills.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
- Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
- Able to effectively multi-task.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
- Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
- Able to talk on the phone (or wear a headset) for long periods of time.
- Able to be immobile for long extended periods.
- Ability to stay awake and alert while performing work.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate professionally and amiably with internal and external customers.
- Basic financial statement analysis skills and interpretation.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to perform basic research and analysis.
- Ability to organize work and use time wisely.

**Working Conditions**:

- Professional, office environment.
- Remote / Work-from-home.
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- On-call availability required as necessary.
