Onboarding And Training SpecialistWe're looking for our new Onboarding And Training Specialist - someone who'll be obsessed with the challenges of:- Welcoming new users to the platform- Helping new users break through the overwhelm of creating their first course (or two)You'll do this by constantly up-leveling and rethinking our approach to client success & education.In partnership with the Head Of Success, your initial responsibilities will include:- Conduct brief, personalized welcome calls to new users to introduce them to XP.- Create a warm and inviting first impression that aligns with the XP brand's commitment to user success and education.- Perform live, synchronous training sessions tailored to help new users create on the platform, with a special focus on simplifying the process of publishing their first course.- Organize and lead interactive webinars and workshops that cover essential tools, features, and best practices for course creation and management.- Regularly review, rethink, and reimagine the user onboarding process to enhance effectiveness and user-friendliness.- Develop innovative onboarding strategies that cater to diverse user needs and learning preferences, incorporating feedback from users and success metrics.- Actively contribute to the updating, improving, and refreshing of help centerdocumentation to ensure it remains accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.- Create easy-to-follow guides, video tutorials, and FAQs that address common questions and challenges faced by new users.- Contribute to weekly live training sessions and host "open office hours" where users can drop in to ask questions, seek advice, and share feedback directly.As the company grows, it is our hope that so will you.
