Key Responsibilities Configure Software Systems. Manage Service Level Onboarding targets and ensure business objectives are met from a Time to Revenue perspective. Work on as many as 10 different small to medium customer Onboardings at one time. Assist with testing solutions including remote connectivity to help ensure successful Onboarding. Create and maintain knowledgebase documentation for the department. Function as an application subject matter expert on existing functionality as it relates to the industry and its customers. Other duties as assigned by Manager. Background and Skills Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with Microsoft, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Power Point required. Documentation skills are required. Basic SQL. Advanced EXCEL (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts). Strong work ethic & people skills required. Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and deadlines required. Ability to identify, research and evaluate technical problems in a timely fashion required. Ability to analyze issues and escalate urgent problems to the development team lead required. Familiarity with Web-based Software / SaaS customer Onboarding/integration required. Demonstrated excellent English communications skills (written and oral) required. Experience working in a dynamic team environment required. Ability and willingness to learn required. Nice to Have Skills Oil and Gas Industry experience is a plus. Knowledge of Visio is a plus. Knowledge of Under Grounds Storage Tanks and associated lines and sensors is a plus. Knowledge/familiarity with Fuel Inventory Management is a plus. Knowledge of Environmental Compliance for Underground Storage Tanks is a plus. Knowledge of products, systems and techniques currently used by the company (i.e. IS360, Ingauge, Bitmapping, FMS, Vontier Business Systems) a plus. Strong second language skills a plus. Prior experience conducting remote, web-based training is a plus. Prior experience with International accounts/customers is a plus.
