What you will do:Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the onboarding process, success planning, and ongoing optimization of Cymulate solutionsAct as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, offering best practices, insights into emerging threats, and guidance on leveraging Cymulate's platform to enhance the customer's security postureEnsure customers remain satisfied with the services by proactively educating customers on functional capabilities, new product features, and possible upgrades that align with business needs and security goalsMeasure customers' achievement of these key performance indicators and report those both internally and externallyAssist in identifying opportunities for expanding Cymulate's usage across the customer's organizationAid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and feature requestsWhat you will have:5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, and/or consultative roles with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing enterprise accounts in the cybersecurity industryExperience in the cybersecurity field with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts, solutions, and security outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDirect experience as a cybersecurity consultant is an advantageProactive approach to problem solving with the ability to make independent decisionsProven success in building and maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise clients, fostering trust, driving customer success, and exceeding retention and growth targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organizationAbility to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environmentLOCATIONCDMX#J-18808-Ljbffr
