.Overview:- The OneTeam Operational Excellence Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Retail Operational Excellence Manager to identify performance and compliance risks and will maintain a very close relationship with OneTeam Management to maintain communication paths and monitoring strategies that improve the customer experience and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. The OneTeam Operational Excellence Coordinator will partner with multiple functional areas throughout Oportun, including OneTeam Leadership, Quality Assurance, Customer Experience, Document Control, and Operations Procedures & Controls, among others.The coordinator will work closely with all OneTeam Leadership and other groups to identify, build and execute comprehensive monitoring controls and documentation. The Operational Excellence Coordinator will be responsible for the archiving, tracking, periodic preparation of executive reporting and dashboards, as well as the communication and follow up of the results. This individual should also be able to deliver the needed analysis, reporting, monitoring, and auditing for multiple projects simultaneously. These results will aid in the continuous and strategic improvement in the many sales areas overseen by OneTeam.**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with QA, OPC, Customer Experience and Document Control teams to understand various systems, databases, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.- Assist with analysis and reporting, including but not limited to design, development, and implementation of daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports.- Assist with the communication of control monitoring results, escalate issues or inefficiencies, and follow up to ensure accountability and areas of opportunities are addressed and remediated.- Support various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance and controls data with both internal and external auditors.- Develop strong data management processes and quality controls to ensure operational and regulatory compliance.- Works closely with other Retail Operational Excellence Manager, Retail and LaaS Team members and internal partners to assist in the execution of projects for the Retail and LaaS field.- Partner and collaborate with other partners to support projects in an omni-channel manner.- Proactively finds opportunities for process improvement while working closely with the Retail Operational Excellence Manager, business partners and the OneTeam organization.Qualifications:- Strong proficiency and experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, SharePoint and Word).- Experience with business analytics, report generation, data validation, metrics, key performance indicators, key risk indicators and data warehousing.- Superior written communication, presentation and organizational agility skills.- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
