**Responsibilities**
- **Conduct Ongoing Due Diligence**: Perform continuous reviews and assessments of existing client profiles to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Sanction Screening: Monitor and screen client transactions and relationships against global sanction lists (e.g., OFAC, UN, EU) to identify and escalate any potential matches.
- Adverse Media Monitoring: Conduct regular checks for negative news and adverse media reports related to clients, assessing the impact and escalating findings as necessary.
- **Report Preparation**: Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings, including risk assessments and action plans for identified issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with FIU, Onboarding and Oversight team.
- **Audit Support**: Assist in internal and external audits related to KYC processes, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
**Qualifications**
- Background in Law, Finance or Economics.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in conducting reviews and preparing reports.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations clearly.
- **Integrity**: High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
