We are certified and offer an award-winning culture that is enthusiastic about adding next-level talent to our operations as we continue to expand.- Job Summary Purpose:- The Event Production Manager is expected to log into the attendee URL no later than 30 minutes before scheduled start time, unless entry to the webcast is stated otherwise, (e.G. attendees are only allowed to enter 10 minutes prior). The only scenario where the Event Production Manager does not join the player is where customer security fully prevents it. This is extremely rare, and in those instances, we will ask a security approved contact to conduct player checks in lieu of our own.- Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Join live studio, video bridge and (if applicable) comm lines-- Make introductory engagement with customer and AV-- If required, coordinate dial out with operator assisted phone bridge-- Once a video connection is made by any presenter site, establish primary and secondary (backup) webcast streams and quality check for transcode errorsIn the event of an error, escalate to a streaming media engineer and/or system engineering-- Facilitate pre-conference3Test quality of audio/video endpoint(s)- Review of live studio controlsReview of call flowReview of preferred start up procedureAddress any outstanding customer questionsLive Event Action Items:- Facilitate transition from standby to on air-- Check audience feed to ensure that streams have properly gone on air and that there are no anomalies from what was observed on stream during pre-conference-- Monitor and answer technical questions from the audience-- Monitor presenter chat-- Monitor audience capacity-- Assist with cue switching where applicableSpeaker layout transitions (if non-voice activated)- Player layout transitionsVideo overlay launchPoll launch- Assist with troubleshooting in the event of an outageSwitch to backup (if backup is available)- Escalating to streaming media engineer and/or system engineering as neededCoordinating in player messaging in the event of a prolonged outageEvent Wrap Action Items:- Ending the webcast at the conclusion of showIf the end time does not match anticipated/discussed end of show parameters or the ending cue is unclear, the EP confirms via chat before ending webcast to ensure no key audio is cut off-- Conduct post-event editing or player closure as needed- WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER We consider applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, age, national origin, or disability, which can be reasonably accommodated without undue hardship, veteran status, or any other legally, protected classification
