Online Cultural Trainer In Mexico

We are hiring **Cultural Trainers **to provide customized virtual sessions to our clients in **Mexico.**Job Information:- Cultural Trainers to present content in a virtual setting- Presentation of 1.5-2 hours on March 8th- Required trainer language: Spanish- Number of students: undetermined- Ability to create content for the event- Topics: Empowering women, overcoming biases, and home/work balance.**Responsibilities**:- Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging sessions that prepare attendees for the cultural adjustment curve- Delivering personalized programs that address business, social, and the skills needed to achieve cultural competence- Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional mannerQualifications:- Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in Spanish- Proficiency in English enough to work with English speaking team- Previous experience in providing Cultural Training- Trainers have either a degree or have attended classes and/or seminars in Intercultural Studies or related fields- Home and Host Country experience is preferred but not required- Good communication and presentation skillsAll Global LT trainer positions are freelance positions.
