Your Role: As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for: Conducting site surveys to assess client needs Installing and configuring audio-visual equipment Troubleshooting technical issues Managing cable infrastructure Collaborating with clients to ensure satisfaction Requirements What You'll Need: Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and networking Experience with Cisco devices and Microsoft Teams Rooms Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team 1 Willingness to travel Location:  Calle 5 Sur 150, Colonia Industrial, Tijuana, Baja California 22500, México Benefits What We Offer: Competitive daily rate: 2,000 - 3,000 Mexican pesos per day Flexible work schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday Opportunity to work on a dynamic and challenging project Why Excis?
