The goal is to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and assist clients in deriving value through strategic transactions.**Perfil**:**Responsibilities**:- Lead teams in conducting comprehensive financial analyses in due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and provide financial solutions that maximize transaction value.- Assess financial risks, identify synergy opportunities, and highlight areas to improve profitability.- Develop and present detailed reports with clear findings and recommendations for clients.- Develop business strategies that drive the area's growth by identifying new market opportunities.- Supervise team work to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact transactions.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. MBA preferred.- Extensive experience in financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or consulting.- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex due diligence projects.- Strong analytical skills and in-depth understanding of financial statements.- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and present complex findings clearly.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.- Customer-oriented, with exceptional skills to identify and meet client needs.
