We look forward to welcoming guests from around the world to experience the legendary quality and service of Four Seasons while discovering the richness and beauty of the east cape of Baja California with a variety of activities including swimming, snorkeling, sport fishing, golf, and desert adventures.About the role of Room Operator:Ensure to cover reports and maintenance within the rooms, common areas for guests and staff, achieving the daily, weekly, and monthly objectives of the department.What will you do in this position?Use the HotSos computer system to address the requirements of different departments.Attend to room reports, prioritizing those in occupied rooms or directly requested by the guest.Participate in daily briefings to be informed of key points of the day, VIPs in-house, arrivals, events, etc., that could affect your area or department.What will be necessary for this role?High school education or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years experience in the operational maintenance area of luxury hotel rooms.Experience in residential repairs and installations (faucets, toilets, fixtures, drains, etc.
).Experience in finishes and execution of painting on wood, metal, walls, and ceilings.Experience in drywall and marble repairs.Work safely, prudently, and organized.
