We manage and simplify existing infrastructure investments and provide a way forward to modernize IT, including moving portions to the cloud.***:**About this role**:**What You'll Do**- Responsible for the Operation of the Command Center in Ternium.- Ensure the Operation of the productive environment of the NCA IT platform (New Active Cycle).- Environments in which you will be involved: Windows, Unix, SAP, Oracle, SQL, Data Protector, OAS.- Monitoring.- Access Control in the Data Center.- Organizes and manages the information in a clear and timely manner to identify critical or prolonged cases, defining the risks.- Opening, Monitoring and Closing of Incidents.- Documentation and Reporting.**Who you are**:- Engineer in Computer Systems or related.- Minimum experience of 3 years in similar verifiable activities- Availability to work in rotating shifts.- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.- Availability to interact with staff of different nationalities.- Availability 24 X 7.- Ability to follow operating procedures.- Firm character.- Decision-making capacity.- Initiative and ease of speech.- Office handling- Easy to make presentations.- Service attitude.- Effective communication skills.- Teamwork- Basic or intermediate level of English will be considered a plus**_Knowledge and Skills: _**- Able to demonstrate broad knowledge of corporate policies, products/service portfolio, markets and processes.- Ability to resolve or assist in the resolution of complex customer problems.- Able to maximize systems availability in standardized customer environments.- Able to demonstrate good oral, written, and telephone communication skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and support partners.- Able to provide some proactive account management based on good understanding of the Customer's system environment and associated business needs.- Ability to work in a team environment, which may be local, global, virtual, or multi- functional.- Demonstrate good teamwork with peers.Joining DXC connects you to brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success.
