**Operator of the transport management system (Operador del Sistema de Gestión de Transporte)**
- **ACTIVITIES**:_
- Create the structure within the transport management system site requested by each area according to their needs.
- Generate folders, classify and update them according to the need of the operation.
- Manage transportation requests according to the needs of the operation.
- Coordination of transportation for the correct delivery of documents to the different regulatory agencies.
- Management of the acknowledgments of receipts of the documents delivered in the regulatory agencies.
- Cost control for all transportations in the system (approvals by the manager of the department).
- Coordinate personnel, logistics, and manage the transportation system.
- Revision and perform Daily Check-In reports of personnel transportation.
- Organize the traceability of the route of the transportation in the system.
- Make a report Daily POB of the transportation of the personnel.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Manage the list of all transportation made during the month.
- Delivery a monthly report of all routes and number of transfers into the transportation management system.
- **IS REQUIRED**:_
- Needs licensing of the transport management system.
- **LABOR SUPPORT**:_
- Will have a computer and any other works tools required to fulfill the job.

- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)
