A General Fitter is responsible for fitting and assembling structural frameworks and manufacturing and assembling reinforcement cages to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
**What will I be doing?**
As a General Fitter, you are responsible for fitting and assembling structural frameworks and manufacturing and assembling reinforcement cages to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A General Fitter will also be required to perform inspections to ensure work meets standards. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Fit and assemble structural frameworks from materials
- Perform experimental, unique, and very complex reinforcement works
- Generate drawings of head designs complex reinforcement cages for reinforced concrete products and structures
- Manufacture and assemble reinforcement cages
- Control of welding at assembly complex reinforcement cages
- Ensure inspection of work meets or exceeds company standards
- Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities assigned
