Monterrey Dispatch Center, a Roadside Assistance company based in the US is looking for dispatchers.
The position's main objective is to help with the logistic part, data entry and keeping control of the TECHs location, using computer-aided dispatch systems to take different types of roadside assistance calls _(tow service, battery service, tire service, etc.
)_ relay requests to local drivers and report all types of communication regarding services to members.
**Requirements**:- Age : 25 to 35 years old.- Language: Conversational English 95-100%- Punctuality.- Middle superior education degree (Educación media Superior).- Medium level of computer's knowledge.
