Other duties may be assigned.- Ensure machine rejects are kept to a minimum.- Assist and instruct machine operators in real-time utilization of machine reject/scrap/bulk components.- Coordinate between Line and Process Engineering to ensure all machines are on a one-time recovery.- Assist in root cause analysis of machine rejects.- Set up appropriate storage system to be utilized until all machines and feeders are operating efficiently (mínimal generation of scrap).- Instruct all line personnel in the value of proper scrap management.- Work with all line personnel showing how to properly re-tape bulk/reject material that it is used real-time on a daily basis.- Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred; and two years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Jabil, including its subsidiaries, is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identify, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
