Identify the cause of problems and presenting the most suitable solutions leveraging GBS best practices in other to improve current process and ensure a controlled and harmonized operation across the sector always centered in employee experience and added value for the business**Responsibilities**- Guarantee Operation Excellence processes execution and delivery on time for all North America.- Alignment with control team and ensure correct accounting records and Operation Excellence adjustments across North America.- Guarantee reporting for Operation Excellence processes execution and delivery on time for all North America.- Work with Capability and Operation Excellence Leads on improvement strategies and Digitization.- Generation of accurate reporting and metrics.- Develop a portfolio of Automation Tools & Best Practices.- Lead OPEX agenda for accurate integration of organizational designs and year development plans.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Qualifications / Requirements**- Minimum 4 years of experience in continuous improvement and service delivery is a must- Minimum 2 years leading a team is a must- Bachelor's Degree is required- Advance English is required- Experience in project management is required- Thorough knowledge of HR processes is desirable- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook- Able to lead Functional agenda within a matrix environmentThis position can be based in Mexico City or Monterrey**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo!
