Operation Manager

**Position**: Operation Manager**Type**: Freelancer (with potential for indefinite contract)**Salary**: $10,000 MXN/month (monthly)**Contract Structure**:- **1-month trial period**.- **3-month probationary period**.- **Indefinite contract upon satisfactory performance**.**Schedule**:- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM- Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM- Availability for flexible hours is required.**Requirements**:- Proficiency in English.- Excellent communication skills.- Highly organized and responsible.- Professional appearance and presentation.- Experience in sales and social media management (TikTok, Facebook, etc.).**Main Responsibilities**:- Supervise and support livestreamers during live sessions.- Develop and manage scripts, organize products, and prepare sets for live streams.- Oversee sales performance during live sessions, ensuring effective follow-up and reporting.- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align livestream strategies with business goals.- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.- Manage inventory and logistics for livestream-related activities.- Identify and implement process improvements for livestream operations.- Handle additional office tasks and responsibilities related to the position.**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, PermanentContract length: 3 monthsPay: From $10,000.00 per monthIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 20/01/2025
