Business Plane Logistics an international company specialized in time critical shipments worldwide, with its headquarters based in Kishinev, it is looking for a motivated individual who is ready to put their problem-solving skills to work.- Investigating and planning the most appropriate route for a shipment, taking into account cost, transit time and security- Established a good relationship with clients and suppliers- Creating quote and negotiating with the customer in order to provide the best solution for his needs.- Negotiating contracts, transportation and handling costs- Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with other countries' regulations and fiscal regimes- Collection of payment on behalf of the client- Arranging air transport for urgent and high-value freight and managing the risk door-to-door- Acting as broker in customs negotiations worldwide to guide the freight efficiently through complex procedures- Dealing with special arrangements for transporting delicate cargoes, such as livestock and medical supplies- Arranging couriers and specialist for the hand-carry services- Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey, including the production of management reports and statistical and unit-cost analysis- Managing and keeping the customer update for each step of the shipment- Maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation, political situations and other factors that could affect the movement of freight.Specific Education & Experience Requirements:- English level (C1) at least- High attention to details and follow standard procedure- Ability to plan, prioritize and complete assignments within deadlines- Previuos experience in logistics is a plusWe offer a full time contract with attractive salary based on the experienceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Uniformes gratuitos- Vacaciones superiores a las de leyHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPago complementario:- Bono de productividadPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- 52140, Metepec, Méx.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Deseable)
