**Purpose of the Position**
The Operational Buyer Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient supply of products and services to the company, maintaining the highest standards of quality and cost-effectiveness
**Responsibilities**
Managing orders through Share Point
Procurement of products, services, and various materials
Communicating with suppliers both domestically and internationally
Tracking shipments, supplies, and orders to ensure timely delivery
Establishing and maintaining supplier and customer relationships in the system
Generating orders in various systems
**Requirements and Skills**:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good eyesight for accurate order processing
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
Broad strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Customer service-oriented mindset
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Experience working with Excel and ERP systems
