By developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, identifying, and eliminating barriers to execution, and driving continuous improvement, the Operational Excellence Manager contributes to the overall success and profitability of Honeywell. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You will report directly to our Director of Operations, and you will work out of our Ciudad Juarez, Chih. location. In this role, you will impact the organization by driving operational excellence initiatives, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness of processes. This will result in streamlined operations, reduced costs, increased productivity, and enhanced customer satisfaction. You will also play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company.**Key Responsibilities**:- Responsible for driving and deploying the Management Operating System (MOS) for foundational and full-scale deployments (FSDs) within assigned functional area- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness- Identify and eliminate barriers to execution- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements- Provide guidance and support to site leaders to ensure operational excellence.- Drives continuous improvement at the site level using Honeywell enablers to affect business metrics and goals in an accelerated fashion- They will partner with Operations/Functional/Business leaders to ensure successful MOS implementation in a timely manner.- Positive culture change agent to deploy strategic processes through a strong network of key leaders- .Drive knowledge sharing across the site by establishing teams focused on continuous improvement and convergence on best practices creating collaboration across departments and sites**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and black belt certified- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational excellence or of combined experience in Engineering, Operations, Quality and Manufacturing.- 5 years of Lean Manufacturing or 6-Sigma problem solving skills managing large scale projects- Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills**WE VALUE**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field- Ability to influence and drive change- Excellent project management skills- Passion for continuous improvement- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
