**How You'll Make an Impact**:- Lead and handle the 6s Program for Manufacturing, logistics and administrative areas.- Support and coordinate the training plan in Lean Methodology (Lean Academy).- Constant monitoring and support in the implementation of strategic projects using Lean methodology.- Lead and support Kaizen events throughout the supply chain.- Supervise management and efficiency indicators of the different processes or departments.
**What You Bring**:- Must possess a personality that gives an internal client a feeling of trust and comfort, professional attitude.- University Degree or equivalent experience in (Industrial Engineer, Production Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or similar)- Professional Experience (+3 years) in 8 continuous improvement processes or projects or consulting on good manufacturing practices)- English level: Intermediate B2 or higher.- Lean Manufacturing certification preferred (Lean Practitioner - Bronze or higher)- Six Sigma certification preferred (Green Belt or higher)- Intermediate use of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, others).
