Size the Market potential. Evaluate product, price, place and promotion. Build business case for strategic growth plans. Discover and propose new business opportunities. Identify the right go to market and operating model. Build requirements based on use cases that are clear, comprehensive, and prioritized. Establish the compelling vision and roadmap for new product launches. Business Case Development: Define new product offerings, unique value propositions, and features based on market needs. Build a business case based on projected revenue impact vs investment and resource mapping. Propose how new offers match current GTM & Operating model or define need for new/adaptations. Support business decisions for make or buy decisions enlisting suitable options. Collaborate with cross-functional team: Collaborate with cross-functional team of commercial (sales), product development, marketing, strategy. Collaborate with Technical Product team to define the R&D setup essential to build & operate. Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability. Collaborate with Finance for forecasting activities and profitability analysis
