The Operation Planning Specialist in Element Fleet Mexico is responsible for developing and implementing tools and processes that help measure and optimize the products Element offers. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence and leadership within indirect areas.
Principal
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop tools and dashboards to monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to each Element product/process, such as vehicle acquisition, maintenance, financial indicators, etc.
- Identify possible efficiencies and implement solutions for process optimization,
- Continuously improve and update tools to meet evolving business needs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights on fleet performance.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards that highlighting operational efficiency, cost and revenue trends, and areas for improvement.
- Identify patterns and trends to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Track the effectiveness of implemented tools and processes, ensuring they meet set targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure operating efficiency.
- Communicate findings and recommend improvements to senior management.
- Provide ongoing support to the operations team by troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes related to fleet management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor operational plans.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fleet management.
- Suggest and implement new strategies to enhance overall operation performance.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business intelligence, Data Science and Mathematics, Innovation, or similar.
- At least 3-4 years as data analyst.
- Metrics and dashboard creation and tracking experience
- Engineering and design knowledge
Knowledge and Competencies
- Office (mandatory): Excel & Power bi
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
