**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
(verifiable Title and ID)- Proven experience in chemical process engineering and manufacturing in a similar role.
Previous experience with handling diluted hydrogen peroxide and acrylic acid is a plus.- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies in chemical processes.- Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Office and process simulation tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Knowledge of safety and quality regulations, such as ISO standards, in chemical manufacturing.- Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to take ownership of the manufacturing plants success.- Leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain a motivated workforce.- Must be willing to stay on call 24 hours 7 days per week to support manufacturing operations and compliance.- Must count with own car- Advanced English, conversation, read, writting- **Responsibilities**:- Finalize planning and execution of all plant construction punch list activities and improvements, ensuring projects are completed on-budget and on schedule.- Lead and collaborate with Operations personnel, including direct and indirect reports from ESH, Sales, Logistics, Product Managers, and Global R&D teams, to align manufacturing processes with cyclical production and product demands, optimizing production schedules effectively.
