**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.

- Proven experience in chemical process engineering and manufacturing in a similar role.
Previous experience with handling diluted hydrogen peroxide and acrylic acid is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies in chemical processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Office and process simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety and quality regulations, such as ISO standards, in chemical manufacturing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to take ownership of the manufacturing plants success.
- Leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain a motivated workforce.
- Must be willing to stay on call 24 hours 7 days per week to support manufacturing operations and compliance.

- Lead and collaborate with Operations personnel, including direct and indirect reports from ESH, Sales, Logistics, Product Managers, and Global R&D teams, to align manufacturing processes with cyclical production and product demands, optimizing production schedules effectively.
