(Overview):
A remote technician is required to learn and understand wide range of products and account specifics.
The remote technician has to work closely with other departments when problem verifying/ solving such as logistics, level 1, service desk and tech support.
Agents have to be proficient on the use of diagnostic software, network documentation, online documentation resources, and troubleshooting strategies and techniques to resolve basic hardware problems.
The main purpose of a remote technician agent is to resolve problems on the first call, with minimum supervision and excellent methodical troubleshooting.
A remote technician is encouraged to perform research and development of solutions to new or unknown issues to improve the company's database.
Work closely with other departments when problem-solving such as logistics, level 1, service desk, and tech support.
The remote technician has to participate in ongoing training in keeping with company request and changing business strategies, agents are required to comply with the assigned certifications.

Who You Are (Qualifications):
- Excellent English skills (Technical and Business conversational).
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and quality to our internal and external clients.
- Analytical, Cognitive and Communication skills.
- Multitasking skills, responsible and with a sense of urgency.
- Desirable: A+ Certification (If hired without it, the certification exam will need to be completed in 6 months)
- Hardware/Software support.
- Ability to support Windows OS for Desktops and Laptops.
- Support for end users in loading appropriate drivers in a WIN environment, knowledge of the Office suite.
- Experience using at least one ITSM Ticketing tool (e.g.
Service Now, CA, Remedy, Clearvision, etc.)
- Night shift
