Operations Agent Multi Day Tour Cancun

Be part of our Multiday Tours team that offers specialized trips with an excellent team that works day by day to make our clients' dream trip a reality.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Make reservations, follow up on hotel, transportation, and guide services for the different programs available for our different markets. Manage allotments.
- You will provide follow-up to the services offered to a Tour Operator or direct client, coordinating changes, cancellations, special requests and providing solutions in case of any problem before, during and after the trip.
- To make vouchers and all the necessary documentation for the development of the programs.
- Tracking of bookings received through online channels/platforms.
- You will enter the necessary information in TUI's system, including hotel, extra services and their corresponding costs.
- Request to the administrative area, the corresponding prepayments for each one of our suppliers and notification to them, to validate them.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- People skills, self-confidence to communicate with your team and your customers.
- In unexpected situations remain calm and be able to offer empathy to resolve effectively in general - with your team and/or customers.
- Willing to learn the requirements of the position, the technology needed to perform it and all about our amazing products and services.
- Fluency in English; other languages would be helpful.
