Overview
What you'll do
- Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement. This may involve streamlining workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and implementing best practices.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new support processes and procedures.
- Collect and analyze data related to operations to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational processes. This involves creating and maintaining dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Create and maintain documentation for operational processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure that all team members are on the same page and can follow established protocols.
- Ensuring processes comply with company standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed.
- Consistently demonstrates customer centricity and relentless attitude to innovate through teamwork.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicates (verbal and written) effectively with the customers.
- Collaborates relentlessly, passionately, and respectfully with various BY teams and partners.
- Leads by example demonstrating professionalism during internal and external conversations.
- Understand cultural differences and diversity.
What we are looking for
- IT Engineering / Industrial Engineering or similar bachelor's degrees.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations or analysis role.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Can operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Balances between Soft skills (process, people, values, teamwork, roles) and hard skills (technologies, frameworks, solutions, products).
