**Main Responsibilities**:- Maintain company issued service standards, safety standards and security procedures.- Perform reviews, evaluations, or disciplinary action for members of the customer service team.- Present information and respond to questions from department managers, co-workers, customers andthe general public.- Handle Customer Service requests and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.- Provide general assistance and advice to customers.- Relationship building with customers, both internal and external.- Lead the day-to-day inside operation and provide guidance for the customer service team.- Work with line staff and line manager to ensure a premium customer service experience both inside and outside.- Regularly communicate with customers and with all internal departments to ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded when possible.- Handle customer complaints and/or objectives on services and provide follow up. Document all communication with customers.- Identify and solve problems in early stages and look for ways to prevent problems when able.- Communicate issues to management team quickly when necessary.- Organize the broker aspects of the business by managing and communicating with our partner carriers.- Build strong relationships with trucking company key contacts (i.E., owner operators, dispatchers and drivers).- Maintain constant contact with carriers to secure additional truck capacity and manage existing business agreements.- Align, campaign, and target carriers utilizing all tools to solidify book of business and support operations on consistent lane flows and shippers.**Other responsibilities**:- Performs other operational related activities or projects as delegated.- Assist in hiring process.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Sueldo Actual- Sueldo deseado- Disponibilidad para viajar- Nível de inglésEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
