Job Objective:Design and lead the supply chain operations strategy, ensuring efficiency in import and export processes, internal logistics, compliance with finished product quality standards, and distribution management, in order to ensure optimal delivery of products and services to the end customer.Responsibilities:Analyze, implement, and optimize import/export processes, including supplier selection and negotiation, as well as shipment planning and execution.Direct, optimize, and coordinate the entire cycle, from collection at the factory to delivery at the customer's distribution centers.Act as a liaison and negotiate with suppliers (customs brokers, forwarders, and manufacturers) in China, the U.S., and Latin America.Oversee the monitoring of quality, quantity, delivery times, transportation costs, and efficiency.Ensure clear communication and constant updates for each work order with internal departments, forwarders, and customs brokers.Establish metrics and analyze data to evaluate performance and implement improvements.Oversee accurate record-keeping of all import/export documentation, including invoices, claims, refunds, bills of lading, packing lists, and other shipping documents.Ensure compliance with the regulations and laws specific to each country.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles in operations, logistics, and international trade.In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and quality standards.Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is desirable).Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and process optimization projects.Understanding of non-tariff regulations and restrictions for import and export with other countries.Benefits:Our client is certified in GPTW (Great Place to Work).Legal benefits and additional perks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
