We are looking for an Operations and Projects Coordinator to join our Finance & Operations - Supply Chain department at Novo Nordisk.

The position As an Operations and Projects Coordinator at Novo Nordisk you will utilize your project management skills to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the area optimizing supply chain operations.
With a hands-on and proactive attitude you will ensure smooth operations and efficient project execution.
Other responsibilities will include: Utilize your experience in the pharmaceutical industry with logistics suppliers to drive operational excellence.
Utilize your SAP knowledge to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Apply your inventory administration knowledge to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
Leverage your experience in tendering for new suppliers to ensure the selection of the best partners.
Apply your experience in system implementation for supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with logistics suppliers.
Experience with continuous improvement and project management.
We expect that you have Advanced English and Native/Fluent Spanish.
A hands-on and proactive attitude towards problem-solving and driving results.
Strong knowledge of SAP and its application in supply chain operations.
Proficiency in inventory administration to ensure accurate stock management.
