**Operations Assistant**We are a startup eager to get to the next levels of the Amazon Business game (we sell ball of foot cushions for women's high heels). We are both student and teachers. We strive to become better versions of ourselves.We are now looking for _Operations Assistant_ to join our team!**On this position your responsibilities will be**:- Shipping and Tracking Inventory.- Organizing and categorizing transactions.- Creating SOP's instructions and step-by-step videos.- Communication with Amazon support, creating promotions, adding images, etc.- Personal Assistance tasks: travel and flight arrangements for the founder, etc.- Other Miscellaneous tasks: customer service, processing payments, setting reminders, etc.- Training will be provided for all these tasks._**You'll be a great fit if you**:- Have Fluent Spanish (C1) and English (C1)- Have some basic Amazon experience (bookkeeping experience is also a plus)- Have great knowledge of Google suit tools (google sheets, docs, drive, etc)- Have some business education- Are able to follow directions and a quick learner- Have great personality**We offer**:- Wednesday - Sunday, 11 am - 7 pm, 100% remote.- Fixed salary in 900 - 1000$ range- 100$ bonus on top- 12 paid vacation days annually- First 2-month training/trial period- Possibility to grow into Operations Manager, Executive Assistant or move to any other field in the company.**Salary**: $16,206.14 - $18,006.82 per month**Language**:- English (required)- Spanish (required)Work Location: Remote
