Able to travel to Houston, TX for occasional in-person meetings.**Qualifications**- 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.G., logistics, operations, administrative support)- Proficient in Microsoft Word (creating and formatting documents and templates).- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data reports).- Desirable: QuickBooks**What to expect during your time with Q2 Technologies**- Full Immersion into our company: understand how our niche in the Chemistry industry relates to the Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Landfill & Biogas, and Wastewater Industries.- First-hand experience with an entrepreneurial focused team and develop deep understanding how a small team can generate huge results.- Becoming a key asset in the day-to-day chemical operations of the company.- Interact with key suppliers and customers on a regular basis in a B2B setting.**About the position**:**What we need you to get done**:- Learn how chemical logistics work from order receipt to fulfillment.- Monitor tank levels and chemical usage for each customer via online portal.- Based on usage, plan raw material inventory needs.- Coordinate ordering and collection of raw materials to be delivered to 3rd party blending plants.- Coordinate blending of chemical at 3rd party blending plants.- Schedule deliveries to customers on a timely basis.- Become familiar with safety data sheets, shipping procedures, and quality parameters.- Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely document uploading, invoicing and bookkeeping.Pay: $20,000.00 - $35,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 64630, Monterrey, N.
