As an OPERATIONS CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER, you will be responsible for generating in coordination with operations management the strategies that keep the organization focused on continuous improvement generating a change in the organizational culture to ensure operational excellence.**Key Responsibilities**- Facilitator in the implementation of improvement projects and standard methodologies in order to increase efficiency, elimination of waste, cost reduction and standardization of operations to ensure the competitiveness of the organization.- Analyze in conjunction with operations the strategic objectives to define potential projects that impact on the reduction of gaps between indicators and goals to acquire tangible results of high value for the business.- Be a facilitator with the project champions to analyze resources and strategies for the development of the personnel in charge focused on the management of the Six Sigma methodology.- To train Change Agents in the organization, actively participating in the deployment of the Lean-6 Sigma methodology through the training of Yellow, Green and Black Belts.- Lead the portfolio of projects related to the corresponding statistical data, coordinate support training, update the reports of the teams that complete their tasks, coordinate the presentations of work to be made to the committees or to the Directorate, and issue the periodic reports established.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in engineering- Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement areas (desirable in automotive and/or chemical industry).- Project management.- Six Sigma certification.- High Performance Teams.- Fluent English.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
