Some US Holidays and more**Qualifications**:Ability to effectively manage numerous tasks like being in communication with sellers, titile companies, inspectors etcProblem solving skills, effective communication skills and stress managementComputer skills, including the ability to effectively type for up to 75% of the dayKnowledge of MS Office products AND Google Drive Products, including the ability to prepare and maintain spreadsheetsSpeak English FluentlyAbility to be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearlyReal Estate Transaction experience is a Huge Plus!**Responsibilities**- You'll manage all admin aspects of the transaction from contract all the way to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and oversee all aspects of closings- Coordinate home inspections, negotiate prices for necessary repairs (if needed)- Enter client information into the client database system, submit appropriate documentation keep track of transaction activity- Communicate effectively with the seller, our team and title company- Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently- Follow up with clients before, during, and after the transaction process to ensure agents remain connected with their clients and to offer any assistance needed- Communicate with title companies to ensure the transaction is going smoothly - try to fix and communicate any issues on title- Other tasks include but not limited to: updating the CRM with necessary info, make utility payments, be in contact with the team, create and send weekly reports etc.- Attend all company meetings and trainings**This is a commission + salary position****ONLY RESUMES IN ENGLISH WILL BE REVIEWED**Pay: From $23,000.00 per month**Experience**:- administrative/operation coordination: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English Fluently (required)
