Operations Coordinator

Located in North Dallas, **Goldnest Property Management, **a local leader in the short term rental industry, is looking for a new Coordinators to join our Operations Department. We proudly manage a large portfolio of luxurious, single-family homes in the DFW, Houston and Florida. Our company is rapidly expanding and evolving and we need someone to jump onboard and grow with us!- **Job Duties**:_- Work across multiple booking platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. to coordinate them with Goldenest's user-friendly software.- Be thorough and effective in resolving customers concerns and complaints before, during, and after their stay in our properties.- Anticipate guest needs - and go above and beyond to truly maximize the guest experience.- Coordinate between guests and our field maintenance department to promptly address any onsite issues.- Monitor completion of field tasks.- Oversee vendors performance and delegation of different field tasks to assure our properties always stays in top shape.- **Requirements**:_- You have oodles of a sales and/ or customer service experience, ideally in a hospitality environment.- Your advanced computer skills allow you to swiftly work with multiple software's.- You are a self-starter, and of course your time- management and organizational skills are exceptional.- You have excellent communication skills and have a lovely way of getting your point across.- You thrive both in an independent and team work environment.- Speaking Spanish is a requirement!
