IWC is a Swiss luxury watch firm belonging to the Richemont group and it's one of the world most prestigious watch brand. At our headquarters in México we are looking for an Operations Coordinator.
**MAIN PURPOSE**
- Assist the Country Manager in the business development of the brand in the territory of Mexico.
- Responsible for the timely processing & response of all tasks related to sales processes within Mexico and to and from Switzerland.
- Provide support to CM and Communications Dept in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, events, importation and distribution of PLV materials.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Sales**
- Process orders, invoices, consignments using required formats (ASW/Diana, Sharepoint and SAP) for wholesale and retail.
- Client support: provide information upon product requests, availability, prices, shipping, etc.
- Organize, update, and send the product and accessory price lists to clients.
- Organize and maintain client's database information.
- Maintain accessory model stock up to date.
**2. Marketing**
- Liaise and assist PR Agency in the implementation & setup of brand strategies and events.
- Coordinate with PR Agency on assets and materials needed for publications, events and SIS projects as per brand guidelines.
- Process all PLV orders in the Richemont systems and distribute to Autorized Dealers as requested by CM or Trademarketing Coordinator.
**3. VM**
- Process orders of all PLV and events items as needed.
- Order all POS VM & PLV materials to HQ & deliver to POS.
- Maintain all files, HQ and local, updated with all POS visuals, their measurements, track deliveries and installation of all VM materials sent.
- Keep VM app updated.
**4. Administrative**
- Sharepoint, SAP and ASW processes, order releases, expense reports, returns.
- A&P Budget control updating and monitoring.
- Process all invoices for payment.
- Review monthly statements to ensure all invoices are paid within established period.
- Follow-up on the shipping and documentation for assigned products pick-up and delivery of orders (as needed)
**5. Customer Service**
- Implements the local Customer Service Policy as defined by the Brand with a customer centric approach in coordination with Country Manager, Sales Executive & local After Sales department.
- Respond to retailer accessory & service inquiries in a timely manner (prioritize by urgency of request)
