Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the success of Operations for the assigned region, destination(s) or programs in the Rest of the World. This is a Key role in the successful production of our tours in assigned regions. She or he works closely with operational targets ad budgets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrates leadership, knowledge, skills and ability in travel-related Operations. Participates in the overall planning, development and success of our tours in assigned region or destination(s). Takes all necessary and approved actions to achieve both short and long-term goals and objectives.
- Cooperates with Management of Contracting and Operations and facilitates administration works
- Helps negotiating and contracting competitive rates with suppliers.
- Executes back office processes, including reservations and invoice processing.
- Supports DMCs and Tour directors with logístical matters when tours are running.
- Helps creating the budget and assumes responsibility for budget management and overall costs.
- Drives Product Development and liaises with Product Development Manager in suggesting and implementing new product ideas.
- Works with Product Management to ensure fast replies and quality control
- Helps developing new initiatives and driving cost savings
- Develops and maintains supplier relationships
- Provide information and support to Tour Directors when programs are traveling on the road. Work closely with Tour Directors and overseas partners to problem solve on-tour issues as they arise.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.
