Key Responsibilities:

- Distribute itineraries to all Sightseeing coach companies across products.
- Track all coach company certificates of insurance, Safer Web and SMS reports for all of Domestic Coaching (Sightseeing and OTR).
- Assist Director of Domestic Coaching and Sightseeing Manager in communicating with coach companies (equipment and driver updates, etc.).
- Gather and distribute Sightseeing driver names and cell numbers during peak season.
- Book Luggage Transfers.
- Process Driver Bonuses.
- Serve as a resource for staff members.
- Assist with quality control system.
- Assist with development of cost-effective improvements to quality.
- Assist with educating drivers regarding WorldStrides operations.
- Facilitate communication between Sightseeing Department and Account Managers and ASRs.
- Represent the department in the absence of the Sightseeing Manager and/or Director of Domestic Coaching.
- Continually seek out ways to improve internal systems for efficiency and usefulness.
- Facilitate and/or perform training of staff members as requested.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Foster communication within the department, with other departments and with management.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures so as to serve as an effective staff member.
- Support company policies and management decisions with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Seek out and participate in internal and external programs that facilitate personal and professional growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Continually seek out ways to improve internal systems for efficiency and usefulness.
- Additional duties may be assigned.

Required Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Dependable, hardworking, well organized, detail oriented, with excellent ability to follow instructions.
- Office setting experience preferred.
- Strong and effective communication skills, including written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to travel out of town periodically.
- Demonstrated ability to work with vendors and internal team members to create world-class experiences.

Sueldo: $17,000.00 al mes
