Operations Coordinator
Activities
- Led internal and external teams within the manufacturing facilities to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and production efficiency/output against KPIs.
- Production and implementation cost analysis.
- Project Financial Analysis.
- Identify potential manufacturing risks, and failure modes throughout product development and in production, driving corrective actions.
- Develop, improve, and implement processes and procedures to improve the use of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Structure and drive lean projects or kaizens.
- Collaborate with internal and external compliance and safety personnel to ensure facilities meet product and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee deployment and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and vendors to proactively identify and address potential manufacturing issues during new product development.
- Supported cross-functional teams with relevant new product development project issues.
- Negotiate with Contract Manufacturers, costs, plan and organization.
- Maintain BOM's according to Engineering Releases and request Engineering Changes when required.
- Define and Implement Production Plan.
- Develop local and international suppliers along with engineering and supply chain.
**Responsibilities**:
- Focus on productivity and savings in the operation.
- Responsible for Manufacturing Plan follow up and accomplishment.
- Production Documentation Development
- Visual Aids
- Procedures
- Coordinate efforts with CM's and vendors.
- Define Manufacturing and Quality Procedures.
- Develop PPAP, PFMA, APQP and Control Plan, along with CM's and Engineering.
- Elaborate ECO (Engineering Change Request).
- Elaborate Production Reports.
**Requirements**:
- Industrial or Mechatronic Engineer or similar.
- 5 years of experience in production and/or product development.
- Black Belt Certification is a plus.
- MBA is a plus.
- Knowledge of Mechanical and Electronic Assemblies.
- Knowledge in SAP or similar.
- Proficient English, written and speaking.
- Good oral and writing communication.
- Medium Excel level.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Visa and Passport to travel to USA.
