Make sure to review production schedules and / or customer requests to plan the necessary activities and correctly manage the department's resources to meet those requirements?
Ensure production schedules are met by producing on time and of acceptable quality while meeting customer satisfaction.?
Communicate and coordinate the exchange of information and production requirements between all departments.?
Make decisions related to safety, quality, policies and procedures, as necessary.?
Analyze quality and process, using PDCA to make improvements.?
Develop monthly production goals and meet those commitments.?
Follow up on the delivery of materials that are requested to the warehouse on time to ensure compliance with production schedules?
Follow up on the delivery of materials that are reported as pending?
Verify and ensure that all production reports are signed by the responsible personnel in charge.
?Verify and ensure that production controls are being carried out correctly (machinery, poka yokes, documentation, work instructions, calibration, inspections, auditors' reports)?
Ensure that the 5'S + 1 activities are carried out correctly according to the established procedure.?
Manage activities and personnel to establish priorities in production scheduling depending on the needs to be covered?
Ensure that all production areas have the necessary personnel to start the shift on time and in accordance with the production schedule.?
Ensures that all personnel under their charge comply with the processes and procedures established in the Quality System, as well as the Safety Rules and Internal Work Regulations.
