We are building the infrastructure and team to repeatability and consistently profitably grow companies and plan to make acquisitions to strategically deploy our skillset.With our roots in Vancouver, Canada, our reach is global, made possible by our talented remote international team.**Role Competencies**:- Attention to Detail- Logic Driven- Analytical- High Performance- Fast Response Times- Aggressive and Determined- HIghly Organized- Decisive- Process Focused**Key Responsibilities**:- Design, implement, and oversee day-to-day operational systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing clarity on progress and challenges.- Collaborate closely with department leaders, external partners, and clients to drive operational excellence and meet strategic goals.- Plan, monitor, and assess key operational metrics to guarantee timely task execution and operational efficiency (On Time and On Target).- Strategize and execute plans for company-wide program growth and identify avenues for process improvements, aiming at cost minimization and output optimization.- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and SOPs, as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations.- Partner with Human Resources to create and maintain a work environment anchored in trust, inclusivity, and high performance.- Lead and manage a team of A Players, instilling accountability, driving performance, and guiding them towards success (We take our core values very seriously and place great weight on our culture).- Oversee financial logistics, including PnL statements, ensuring timely and complete client payments, and evaluating the profitability and ROI of both clients and employees.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 3 years in operations, with a demonstrated history of designing and instituting operational systems from scratch and leading teams to meet performance metrics.- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities with a history of professional success.- Comprehensive understanding of various operational functions and principles, spanning finance, customer service, production, and employee management.- Demonstrable experience in planning and supervising operational processes for optimum efficiency and productivity
