General Description:
Leads all operational activities of the organization to maximize growth and profitability. Provides daily leadership and management of all manufacturing and operations functions. Collaborates with executive level in the strategic planning to develop plant performance and behavioral objectives, maximizing efficiency and productivity. Works with management levels at the site to support and ensure all goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of the manufacturing and plant processes, ensuring efficient operations with minimal downtime and high-quality products; this includes continuous improvement initiatives, a robust predictive maintenance program, and a training program across the entire facility.
Promote a safety culture to create a safe, clean, and secure work environment by establishing and implementing strategies, rules, and regulations; regularly monitor all production-related safety systems and procedures. Conduct security meetings and review the effectiveness of programs and processes.
Guide and act as a mentor on CI and problem-solving initiatives, showing high mastery to guide teams to focus on key projects to obtain desired results towards cost reduction.
Ensure proper receipt and management of materials. Oversee and monitor all aspects of inventory management.
Support contract negotiations for new businesses/products to increase profitability.
Provide timely responses to service failures and customer concerns through a structured problem-solving approach.
Minimize and resolve external business-related complaints by liaising with local and divisional quality personnel to investigate and resolve customer issues.
Create financial plans AOP with Finance, drive actions to achieve the target cost every month, and present results to upper management.
Create and present adjusted AOP to the VP Ops with strategies to meet commitments.
Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic objectives.
Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for daily operations performance to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Develop strategies to ensure growth programs across the enterprise by identifying and implementing improvement processes that maximize output and minimize costs.
Maintain the organization's policies and standards, ensuring compliance with legislative regulations.
Develop, implement, and monitor systems and daily operating processes that provide visibility into our key initiatives' goals, progress, and roadblocks.
Responsible for supply chain management, compliance, and import-export.

Academic:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in a related field are desirable.
Experience:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position.
Experience and knowledge of more than 5 years in production.
Experience and knowledge in Supply Chain management.
Experience and knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
Experience and knowledge in Financial Planning.
Experience and knowledge in quality systems.
Experience and knowledge in implementing Shingo principles and systems (desirable).
Experience in Plastic products (desirable).
Experience in Molding and Extrusion (desirable).
