We are looking for an Operations Director.
Objective: Fully responsible for presiding over the company's daily business activities to ensure a conducive internal environment for the development and operation of the company.
Requirements: Education: Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering or other related fields.
Experience: At least 10 years of relevant work experience or 5 years in the same position, with:
5+ years in the plastic compounding industry. 5+ years in strategic planning, business development, and project management. Advanced English is non-negotiable.
Responsibilities: Formulate and organize the implementation of the company's overall operation and management plan, responsible for achieving objectives and annual plans. Formulate, implement, and improve the company's management rules, systems, and operating procedures. Plan, guide, coordinate, control, and motivate the business development of various functional departments, supervise department heads, and manage performance evaluations to improve work efficiency. Control the operation and service status of departments and project teams, allocate resources effectively, and continuously enhance operational management and economic benefits. Formulate internal assessment standards and reward/punishment measures for the department. Receive relevant customers and respond to audits. Required Skills: Master advanced marketing methods. Experience in market strategic planning. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Good communication and presentation skills.
