Operations Dispatcher (Nightshift)

**_*THIS IS A NIGHTSHIFT POSITION*_****About Us**:- Delta Express is a multicultural logistics company providing transportation services in the United States, Mexico and Canada._**We offer you**:- Base salary (in USD)- Overtime pay- Vacation of 10 days per year- Opportunity for growth within the company- Free English classes and corporate training- Pleasant work environment and friendly international staff- Option for an indeterminate term contract**What will you do?**- Drivers' monitoring and control from loading to unloading (by telephone); - Drafting of contracts and agreements; - Coordination of drivers on the flight; - Keeping of reporting documentation; - Communication with customers; - Problem solving of different levels of complexity.**Who are you?**- Bachelor's degree in International Relations/Business or related field- 1 year of experience in ground transportation operations- Customer service experience- Effective communication with customers/team- TMS experience (preferred)- Crisis management skills- Detail-oriented; Self motivated; Analytical; multitasking- Communication and negotiation skills- Excellent knowledge of systems: MS Office, Excel and web browsing- English level**:Advanced**_**(required)**_**Job Type**:Full Time; Nightshift**Job Schedule**:10:00 PM - 7:00 AM**Salary**:$800 USD per month**Salary**: From $15,000.00 per month**Salary**: $16,000.00 per month
